Membership for Triads/Poly

To Apply for Membership as a Triad or Poly Relationship, please email hottub3sum@gmail.com

In one email, list the following for EACH PERSON in the triad or poly relationship:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Age
• Gender Identity
• Email Address
• Facebook or other social media profile link (if available)
• Why you want to attend events and if anyone referred you to apply for membership

All details are kept completely confidential.

Applicants will be screened for suitability.

If your Membership is approved, we will email you as soon as we can or we may also contact you for clarification on your application.
